30 Minute Beginner/Intermediate Yoga Class

Hi Beautiful Yogis! It’s been a long time since I posted a video, but I felt inspired to share this 30-minute class with you.

This is a perfect routine, morning or night, for an overall body stretch and workout. I apologize for the sound; I’m still trying to figure out the best way to do voiceovers.
